Great News!!! The governor approved the state budget and by doing so approved all the trailer bills.  The District of Choice trailer bill was approved!!!  The bill has been approved for five more years. There were some changes made to the law but none that have an impact on Pond Students.  Thank you to everyone who emailed or called our legislators asking them to support this bill....

The district of choice bill attached to the state Budget Bill has come out of committee and will be heard by the entire Assembly and Senate.  We are not sure if any language was changed on the District of Choice trailer bill.  Our best guess is that it will be approved for another 5 years when the Budget Bill is approved, possibly as soon as next week.  We will know if changes were...
