The district of choice bill attached to the state Budget Bill has come out of committee and will be heard by the entire Assembly and Senate.  We are not sure if any language was changed on the District of Choice trailer bill.  Our best guess is that it will be approved for another 5 years when the Budget Bill is approved, possibly as soon as next week.  We will know if changes were made to the bill when it arrives at Assembly and Senate.
