Important Information

Changes in your Child's Dismissal Procedures

Dismissal change during the day, please notify the office via phone call to the school office before 2:30 pm so your child can be notified about the change. We appreciate every effort to minimize schedule changes during the day. If you must pick your child up from school prior to the end of the day, you must report to the main entrance to sign your child out of school.

Changes in Dismissal: If you need to change your child's dismissal procedure, you must call the school office before 2:30pm or send a dated note to the classroom teacher indicating the change and who will be picking up your child. Without a note or call, your child's usual dismissal procedure will be followed. A child will not be released to a different adult without written permission or phone call. If an emergency causes your child's dismissal plan to change, notify the school office as soon as possible to be able to comply with the request in a timely manner and avoid any confusions and misunderstandings among school staff, students and parents. Thank you for your cooperation. Mr. Alex Lopez Principal/Superintendent School Office phone number 661-792-2545
