  Chromebook Handbook & Agreement Form

Pond School adopted Google as a platform in the fall of 2012. We use a variety of technology tools in grades K-8 to support learning. Pond's tech team meets regularly to assess the progress and give support to students and teachers.   Staff & students use Google Apps for education to create documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and surveys. Students are given Google accounts that are secured within the school domain, which limits their access to receive or send emails and share documents outside the school domain.

Teachers practice  the alphabet with kids using

Augmented Reality flashcards.

Students make their coloring

pages come to life using tech tools.

Students use Chromebooks for researching,

creating projects, and practicing skills.

Technology allows teachers to bring in real

life like creatures into the classroom.
